Greetings Parents-
Attached are several important
documents regarding the Spring trip to NYC.
1.)
Payment Calendar – In order to fulfill our financial
obligations as a group, $200 must be deposited or fundraised
accordingly (as per the fundraising information on the
bottom of the sheet) by each date indicated.
2.)
Sponsor Letter- This letter can be used to help
spread the information about the trip and sponsorships.
Sponsorships are one of the easiest ways to earn financial
support for this trip. This letter can be included with the
Individual Sponsorship forms (#3) as well as the general
sponsorship forms (#4).
3.)
Individual Sponsorship Forms – These funds, will
benefit the individual student who collects the sponsorship.
Sponsors will earn the appropriate ‘rewards’, indicated on
the sheet. They will receive a certificate of appreciation,
and will be listed on the website and programs
4.)
General Sponsorship – These funds, will benefit the
ENTIRE program and will be divided per student. General
sponsors will receive a certificate of appreciation, and be
listed on the official trip t-shirt and performance
programs, but will NOT be listed on the website.

If you have any questions, please ask
your student to help clarify. We have discussed, and will
continue to do so, the importance of fundraising and
fundraising early. The first trip payment is not due for
over a month and a half! Let’s help each other and make sure
that we are able to collect the first payment on time, or
ahead of time. New York…..here we come!
